(deleted your post because it was big) hmm, i don't see the problem, your pc can run it good. But, did you try to run it with open as admin?

Read the things off and typ it here: RAM, processor, video/grzphic card.

Don't you have a sort of bar where you can typ in?

Specs are you computer information, like RAM, graphiccard, etc.
To see it, XP: Go to start -> Click Run --> typ: dxdiag.
Vista/7: Go to start -> tpy: dxdiag

Then read your processor, RAM and your video/graphic card (in an other tab)

And try to open your installer with admin.

yes it does, i'm not sure why but even if you manage to patch it it wont count run as admin and patch again and you shouldn't have a problem
