Hey I am finally playing the game. I did not even authenticate, I just randomly press the gamestart button once in a while. I got launcher, and am on char making screen. I jsut love Netmarble right now.

Hi everyone, I have already autheticated my account, downloaded everything I should from the launcher and GameGuard (that appears after I click start on the launcher), and everything dissapears (the GameGuard in the top left hand corner and the image in the middle) and when is going to open the game...bum! This error appears: the NProtect Failed! Well, what should I do? I have already deleted the gameguard and reboot, so that I can download it again but it didn't work. I tried other stuff...but nothing seems to work, can you help me? Thanks!

They posted something today that seems to talk about authentication and problems they're having with it. They may have disabled it temporarily to make some changes.

No it didn't =/, please guys help me, I'm with an authenticated account for three days and I can't play because nprotect gameguard, that is humiliation for me, I wait this game for more...than...2 years I guess (I know some waited it a little bit more).Please help! Thanks!

If you tired that and it didn't work (resetting your computer and all) then I don't know how to help you. I'd say try turning off all unnecessary processes, though since you're hear complaining about the probably I'll assume you don't know how to do that, and I'll recommend against doing it.
-Are you using the most recent version of the game?
-Have you tried re downloading the game?
-Are you trying to start the game from the Netmarble website?

No one to my knowledge has ever gotten that error so I don't think anyone will be able to help you. You're going to be much better off Googling "the NProtect failed" yourself. |

1-No, I download it before the last version, but that's why exists launcher right? One of the archieves that I had to download from the launcher was 695mb!
2-No, during the instalation nothing wrong happened, so I guess it isn't fault of my download, it isn't corrupted.
3-Of course hehe

I tried, I even spoken with a korean that help me for 2 hours searching any answer for my problem, and there are some koreans with same problem! |

Well, I've never seen that error, and a google search brought up absolutely nothing for me.
I'd say either doing exactly what Cit said (researching). Or try downloading the newest version off of netmarble.
Worse thing that'll happen is you'll waste time downloading.
Best thing that'll happen, it'll fix all of your problems.
