now when you think it could be Shisui

No, for 3 reasons:
1) Kabuto has already said to Madara that he hasn't Shisui, mentioning that he couldn't find his body, but maybe he could use the eye Danzou had(with Madara refusing).

2) Kabuto was interested when he heard about Itachi having Shisui's eye(now destroyed).

3) Itachi said that Shisui destroyed his body after his death(that's why Kabuto couldn't find him).

So, the only part of his body that remains is Danzou's eye, which is sealed, useless and in Madara's possesion, and he is not willing to give it. So, the chance of seeing Shisui is very, and I mean VERY slim.

The forth didn't seal the kyuubi the same way the 3rd did to the 1st and 2nd

That rennin split his eyes into the sharin an rinni as well as the jubi into 9 different beast but he still wouldn't be able to be controlled he is way to strong

I believe the 1st killed madara who was able to hijack a body like orochi can just before his real body died then after time became immortal hence why he looks old and doesnt posses his eternal while kabuto is summoning up the real bod which posses powers equal to madara

HOLY **** KABUTOS TRUMP CARD ISN'T A SUMMON IT'S HIS SPECIAL ABILITY THAT NEVER GOT SHOWN BACK IN THE CHUNIN EXAMS THE FOREST OF DEATH. His face is cut my the ninjas who team kakashi obtain their last scroll from and then his eyes go red but naruto quickly defeats the enemy so kabuto doesn't use his power
