I finally got everything setup.
Only I launched the game and it started patching.
It's been patching for 3 hours, and it looks like it's been doing the same exact patching.
WTH is going on?
Sounds about right- Running as admin fixed the problem though.
Now because I haven't paid attention to what's been going on in the forum, I had already installed the english patch. Now I gotta go mess around with language files.
Side note - Running with admin fixes everything, so why isn't the default option to run everything as admin?
