Yes, it's just a dragon wish. You have to find all 7 dbs during collection period and wish for it. You have to be lvl 40 to wish ssj though.

Nope. Those are Tier 1 and that's for armor and other stuff. IE, First transformation. |

Yeah there are 3 tiers of Dragonballs, Tier 2 & 3 can be used to wish for super saiyan. (wishing for ssj with tier 3 would be a terrible idea though)

There're 3 tires of dbs. Tire 1 is the quest db and U CAN NOT USE THIS TO WISH FOR SSJ, JUST A BUNCH OF CLOTHES AND A DRAGON BALL CHIP THAT WILL HELP YOU HUNT FOR TIRE 2.Tire 2 is the hunt dbs. Every time the hunt is on, you should see a one star db icon under your screen. Then you will need to find mobs which on the mini map has a one star db icon(to make sure which one is which, you ought to use that big scounter of your and scan for mobs,scan his power lv and if a db icon pop up under it's name and p lv, it's the one but this is JUST FOR MAKING SURE IT"S THE ONE WITH DB, NOT FOR FINDING MOB WITH DB). This tire can be used to wish for 6 things. In each six thing there will be the thing you wanted to wish for. If you want ssj or dragon buffs, scrool your wishing tab to it's end and chosse the 3rd options from upper. The third tire is scramble dbs which it's hard to get unlees you are very strong. Why ? This one need you to kill mobs and other players which have scramble db and other player who join it as well. This should give you ssj too but NEVER USE THIS FOR SSJ IF YZOU HAVE ONE SET, it gives good gears and armer.

1. Get all dragon balls (dbs) from quests and wish for the egg (pants,jacket,boots,db scouter chip,popo face worth 10.000z).
2. Equip the armor,chip & start hunting from level 20+. (db icons appear on mini map,kill the mobs/boxes to drop an db (doesn't always drop and sometimes it rarely drops).
3. Once you get all 7 dragon balls save them until you reach level40,go to an dragon ball shrine,summon shenron & wish for "Super Saiyan" skill (last on list).
SSJ drains 200 EP/2 seconds it will be hard to sustain it at these level 40-55/60 unless you are an spiritualist but it will be still tricky~
