Jocer posted good build but maxed Mystic Attack is useles. I would move those SP into Slash. It's spamable skill which is helpful in keeping aggro.

why not max out the stun?

Welll ... it's PvE ... SK's aren't best for PvE, I would use DW. And, your Violent Slice would be counted for as an AoE stun so ....
