I was planning on PVE but fighters go PVP so i need to know if this is a good build

Well if you had good gear you can pull it off but moves such as Big Bang and final flash are useless fanboy moves so if you wanna spam tmq1 then sure go for it but if you actually wanna do some pve that is tough then it will fail . Go for a standard speed build , there are many builds posted in this forum so go and find one
