Arena pvp would limit the options of tiers though, but its something to consider to even the playingfield.

If this isnt an arena pvp tournament, a cool idea for the higher levels would be to fight in the cell games ring. EPIC xD

Well yea, location can be key in a tournament...
Especially for ranged players fighting melee without teleportation methods :p

Well i guess you can set terms or rules for that if you think its needed... like only charge up to 2 RP balls, or everyone starts without....

even 2 RP its enough to create a disbalance, no RP at all.
