Mr. Popo seems to have some sort of instant transmission that we're not 100% on the mechanics of; so he might have lived (I don't think they actually showed him dieing in the anime/manga, but it's been a while).

I couldn't remember either, but according to the DBZwiki, he was turned to chocolate and eaten by Buu.
