It doesn't really matter if stress test char gets saved or not. you will probably not get very far in the game with only 4 hours to play anyway.
Just hope OB chars are will saved kept in the full release.

Your charactars get resetted after the reliance test, so why would it be a race-specific item?

No not race specific i mean like i wanna be a human martial artist in OB and if i like create a namekian warrior in that test the special item will be saved on the namekian warrior but so the chars get deleted and when you create a char in OB that char will receive the special item automatically? |

How should I know? In other Netmarble games (Gundam) they send it through mail, but you cant change nickname there, so it's easy. In DBO you can get different name in the OBT and Reliance test

Usually those kind of items are account-bound, so it doesn't matter what character You will make. Just to Your information. Main inventory is shared on whole account, so when You enter Your chest at yardrat place You can take any item You acquired playing other of Your char on the same account. Item You will get will be delivered to Your storage on Your account. I'm 100% positive of that.

Yes i think you are right cause with many games i have played special items are account bound |

TBH the thing about item being account-bound is not important here. You were speculating how they will know on which char they will deliver item. And answer was that item will be in storage, no matter what char You will make. On that I'm 100% sure. Second thing that comes out of this assumption is that item will not be race related. So set of gear that everyone can wear, some clothes from cash shop like General Red suit or Goku's suit etc, or scrolls for double exp etc. Mark my words people ;]
