you talk to granpa gohan, then follow him to Goku's crash site, take Goku back to the house, talk to granpa gohan untill theres no more dialogue options and then you should recive your power up reward, and then just leave the way you came in

Question about the quests that involve the overworld objects, like rocks and crates and stuff. I've racked up quite a few of these specific kinds of quests, and it won't allow me to turn them in. I'm often sent to one of the all too familiar red circles and I'm supposed to click on things like rocks, which then activates the timer clock. I do this the required number of times, say 5/5 and the quest icon goes yellow, but when I return to the person who gave it to me, they won't accept it.

What am I doing wrong?

ok so i am lvl 21 right now. I am a human and i did all the quests around the engineering trainer girl. I scanned the area and nothing, is there a chain link of quests i have to do to get it from her or is it not in the beta yet?
