I believe that this is the level 10 system quest which requires you to do a ranked battle , you can do that by going to the guild manager [ any guild manager will do ] but you wont actualy talk to the guild manager , but you will use the two pillar things behind him to start a ranked match , after you finish it , you'll get another system quest , which is probably about ranked too

Hello everyone! I just began playing DBO and I am really enjoying it. One thing that has gotten on my nerves a bit is the quests that do not have any arrow indicators for where you need to go. Since the game is in a different language than English, it has been pretty hard trying to figure out how to navigate these kind of quests. If anyone could spare a few minutes and help me better understand these types of quest it would be very appreciated. Thank you!

Well shoga, tht quests can b system quests as mentioned above or can b dungeon quests.
Click on any dungeon and c wether there r marks of quests or not, or enter dugeon and check wether arrows r being shown now or not.

The quests you get from the TMQ Merchant that give you the item that allows you to do the TMQs, where do you go to get the items he wants? I can't work it out.

You have to kill mobs that are within the range of 5 lvl's lower then you till 5 lvl's higher then you. After you've killed 30 the quest will be complete and you can deliver it to get the item.

Disregard this post. The quest is not appearing on the map anymore. Problem solved.

Hello all (I'm a Human),

I have a concern regarding a quest that appears to be from Kokkara.

On the world map appears a green icon that signifies a quest yet to be started (It is a lvl 10 quest). However when I go to that area, I do not see any NPC with that code or any green icon. This seems to be right next to the Popo Stone in Kokkara. Here is a screenshot:
