Japan is notorious for Ranged IP blocks. I don't play Netmarble.jp, so not sure if they do the same, but all the Japanese online games I've played required me to use a VPN.

So either its going to be easy to make a Japanese account... or a minor inconvinience at most to find a VPN. Already sounds like its taking a turn for the better :)

Surely if the VPN itself has got a Japanese IP address, then it shouldn't matter what the IP addresses are of our local machines, as they are not where the data is travelling directly, it is going to the VPN. This is what I am assuming, and I am also assuming that IF there is a japanese VPN it could support multiple machines connecting to it at the same time. Please correct me if I'm wrong, as I am merely being hopeful
