when we click patch is it supposed to be long as if we patch from game launcher or it takes less time?

is it normal that when i click patch the patch thing turns grey and nothing happen lke if it was bugged or it is patching REAAALLLLY slowly

When you run the launcher, there are 2 things that happen. First the launcher is going to download the most recent patch. After it is done downloading the patch, it extracts it and applies it. The problem is, the launcher has a very slow download speed, so to get around this we download the patch manually and place it in the DL_Temp folder, which is very fast. After youve done that, you have to follow my guide to apply it. If everything works right it will be much faster than downloading with the launcher.

if you run this exe it will patch it for you. However for some people (like myself) it takes just as long to download as if you were to use the launcher. so its up to you

i tryed to download patch with this guide but it takes 4 hrs and download at 16kb/s is ther another way?

Make sure if you're using the manual patch guide i linked to, that you download only the update that you need, also use a download manager such as Download Accelerator, or any other.

yea i did all of that and when i try to open the patcher i get an error message that sais something about online

make sure your dbo launcher is closed. also, I edited the first post with what your xml file should look like. Verify it is the same as mine. Your DL_Temp should contain the 4 files i listed; the xml file, the .dll, and the simplepatcher.exe, it should also contain the .RTP file that corresponds with the most recent update
