Vegeta was always too angry of a character. The only thing bad ass about him was the music Bruce Falconer produced.
Agreed, that has to be my favorite Bruce Falconer's piece. Okay, maybe not. I like all of them.
As for the thread question, my vote goes Teen SSJ2 Gohan. Why? I just like him as a character, and I hate what they did to him when he was a adult. Surely he had some moments, but Teen version was much better.
Ultimate Gohan > Super Saiyan 3 Goku > Majin Vegeta > Teen Super Saiyan 2 Gohan
Fix'd. Vegeta said during the Gohan vs Dabra fight that he and Goku have surpassed Gohan since back then(hinting he has already become a SSJ2). Babidi's power up unlocked some of his hidden potential, and made him strong enough to mach SSJ2 Goku. I think it wasn't in the "holy" FUNi dub, but it was in the manga and the Japanese version of the anime.

He's usually referred to as Teen Gohan back then because his other form is the little kid version. Having 'little kid' Gohan and 'kid' Gohan would be confusing. He also looks way different in the Cell saga as opposed to the Frieza saga and earlier.
Teen Gohan SSJ2 it is .. He achieved SSJ2 stage before any other character did, despite him being 1/2 Sayan.He was the only one that could beat Cell and did it . Goku said that . Also Gohan could have achieved SSJ3 if he didn't have ChiChi for mother.Instead of spending his time training like Goku in the other world, he was studying so he didn't have the time to unlock his powers as Teenager...
In Summary : Teen Gohan SSJ2 For The Win !
P.S. Teen Gohan is my favourite character in the whole Anime...
1. Majin Vegeta: Had his evil reawakend for gods sake! And then when he sacraficed himself.
2. Trunks: He has a sword and cut freeza into sushi
3. SSJ3 Goku: Cause its Goku and super saiyan 3
4. SSJ2 Gohan: Was preety awesome until he made Cell suffer and then letting Goku die -_-
5. Ultimate Gohan: He changed his looks and had a white aura -_-, compare that to glowing golden hair and a golden aura
And where the hell is piccolo and nail??? Racisim!!!
