Thats because besides Paradise in Server 1 and Uprise in Server 2 no foreign Guild in HK or KR are strong enough for it.
Server 2 has the most foreign population so, ofc theres gunna be problems once and a while.
If there was strong foreigners in KR and HK then it would have to apply for them as well because there will be GvG threads and post because of problems between strong foreigners

It's not a matter of strength... It's a matter of bickering children when every their rival wins anything which leads to mass flames.
Although I think the rule should be revoked. With the new banning system in place. People shouldn't be flaming as much.

The situation actually started long before you joined Jocer. Also the issue is the complaining on the forums not what happens in game. I don't need to be in game to know who acts like children on the forums.
