I don't even have the kssn of my account. If I did then I would try out this theory. I'll have to wait till the 14th, by that time my friend will have verified the account for me hopefully.
What it says about the Netmarble Authentication method is:

Doesn't look to me like it's asking for the date you created your account (resident card is social security card btw).
