I agree with @darkingdom with most of things, and yeah their website is kinda cool.
Still they must know that most of players will go in DBOR soon it come out.
DBOForge need something more soo that players join there and even play on their private server.
Still if DBOForge come out faster than DBOR, some of players will go there.
Now, what they will do when DBOR come out? All players will go back in DBOR, and still some maybe stay there.

I don't know, I support every DBO project but I will be sad if 50% players be in DBOForge and 50% in DBOR.
It would be even worse when RageZone come out with their own server.

Honestly I don't know why people keep worrying about this. I move on from games all the times but one thing I know is new people will find their way to the game and the old will retire and go somewhere else. It's always evolving, what will make someone come to what server depends on who is in the server. If I was going to play DBO again and pick 1 server. I can bet you 100% chance I will bring my friends to that server along with me. If I move, I'll bring them with me aswell. If they made new friends want to stay. Then they can play both. Just like how I played all version of DBO. I was in the first lv 36 KR open beta test. So Glad I have a Korean friend for the KSSN.

No one knows the future so why stress so much on little details. Whole purpose of all these project is to bring the once dead DBO back to life.

If your not happy about that. Then don't play it.

Oh here we go again. Here comes Darkingdom (Primo) captain of the hate DBOR bandwagon. Such a funny guy. Keeps on scavenging the internet for new DBO projects yet claims he won't play DBO again. He only wants his "friends" to enjoy the game like they use to. Yet he seems to do all the research for these so called friends, and creates these threads for his friends, as clearly they aren't capable of doing it themselves.

Primo did you hear the good news buddy? How DBODEV aka jupeyy joined the DBO R team? How good is that. I thought you should be informed personally by myself in case you missed the news. I'm such a nice guy like that.

Thanks for stating the obvious. Wonder what gave you that idea?

You really won't notice a difference. Back when there were the KR TW and HK games they each had 2 full servers with 5 channels each that were all populated.

Really? You would describe KR being "populated" when TW and HK were out? I would rather use the term "ghost town". It is more accurate.

KR you needed a Korean social security number to play remember? They didn't take that requirement off until after TW and HK opened.

I was already inform that Jupey join up with DBOR aswell. Also I already had that idea when he views was the same as DBOR. Which is great for him and is going to help DBOR project move along faster.

I'm glad you been really reading into my post. Though it isn't as special as you think it is. I saw one of my friends posting their trailer. It took me 1 sec to click on it, another 30sec to make this thread.

You seem frustrated for no good reason why don't you go calm down?.

They never removed the KSSN requirement. That was always needed to play the Korean version. I think you are getting mixed up with the age restriction for KSSN's, where people under a certain age couldn't play DBO for certain hours. The population of KR still continued to decrease despite the removal of this restriction.

Anyway the point of my post was you could not compare the player population of KR to TW and HK. Shortly after TW was released KR had a server merge which just proved that it started to die when TW was released.

I'm not frustrated at all. I was just being sarcastic towards you.

Don't you see the cycle? It's always this guy who keeps on searching the internet for any DBO project to try to remove attention off DBO R and he keeps on trying to give false hope to new players to follow and support other projects. He tried doing it with DBODEV until jupeyy said he supports DBO R. He also attempted with RZ and shit talked DBO R on that forum under the username "DBORELEASE".

"searching the internet" You still seem to be mad. all I been doing is sharing projects related to DBO. on a DBO community site, first off DBODev found out about the files through Ragezone. So Without ragezone picking up attention of DBO fans. DBODev wouldn't even be in DBOR as of now. what I did was brought attention to all project not trying to steal someone else "Fanbase". You talk as if DBOR Is the only god hope for dbo returning?. I think that is your opinion.

Anyways I would ask you to get back on topic. Though that is probably not possible. So I'll just stop replying to you now.

I was always able to play on KR, but I thought I heard they took off the requirement of a KSSN after TW and HK. If not, it shows even more why there were less people on it, they couldn't get in. Everyone went to TW(including me) to play with their friends who couldn't get into KR.

Woah woah woah, posting other DBO projects on the DBO community site is not to "to try to remove attention off DBO R". I don't know about Dark, but I search youtube for the latest DBO updates all the time. I'm pretty sure I was the one who posted DBODev's work. People just want the game back asap, it's not about allegiance to a certain group. Maybe that's what it is to you now, but most people just want to play again. I'm pretty sure DBOR will the best place to play when it's ready, but as of right now I'll play anywhere as long as they bring DBO back.(But I don't see it happening anytime soon)

Yeah pretty much. The main reason why the other versions were more populated was because of foreigners able to make an account much easier without going through the hurcle of obtaining a KSSN. Despite this, the game still died due to not enough native players. Can't blame them though, of course people are going to quit a game when there is slow content updates.

If anyone else made threads like this I would be fine with it. Go on ragezone and read DarkKingdoms posts (under the username DBORELEASE). Of course he is trying to take shots at DBO R, don't let him try to fool you otherwise. He is just being more subtle about it.

Take a look for yourself:

Fair enough about wanting to play the game again. We all do. But he has just held a grudge against DBOR because they decided to be closed source, which doesn't make any sense to me. He hates on the project just because they want to keep the community together. I don't understand that logic at all.
