My opinion doesn't count for much since I've never watched DBGT, but I've seen some of DB and I've seen all of DBZ in English and subbed. I personally haven't watched it because Akira didn't have anything to do with it. I've seen pics and read plot summaries and I can see both sides.
Anti-GT
* There are many inconsistencies
* It wasn't created by the same people as the originals
* It's not "as good"

Pro-GT
* Its MORE DB!
* Its got new/more characters
* Its got new/more techniques

All of this is debatable obviously, but its really just opinions. I personally think the entire Bibidi Babidi Buu saga is ******ed, but there is no denying that there was a lot of really cool **** that happened in that saga. I'm sure if I watched GT it would be really cool, if I just forgot everything from DBZ. I really don't think there is any point in arguing about it, since its all just opinions.

i liked the intro (at least Hebrew dub was nice)but other than that i totally agree |

If you mean that crappy rap intro, yeah that sucked. But I liked the Japanese (and English translated) intro's.

I dont hate GT.I dislike it.Too much random stuff.Dragon Balls before Kami?Elder Kai knows what SS4 is without ever seeing it?Galaxy Dragon Balls?Dragon Balls having the power to create some dragon thats stronger than Broly?No sence,you see?This is why people turned to Online,better story,problems,etc.Ill say GT was ok,but would have been better if there wasnt so much random stuff and too much focus on Goku.

My main reason as to why I didn't like GT has already been brought up but I'll bring it up again. Everyone is weaker than Goku. Gohan, Vegeta, and Majuub are made out to be complete wimps when, really, I think they're are on Goku's level. I don't love Goku to begin with and when a story is super centered around him it makes my like towards him diminish further. And what's up with Trunks? He used to be my favorite character and now he a freaking cowboy, and a weak cowboy at that! And SSJ4... just bad. I watched GT and at times really enjoyed it. But overall I can definitely see where the hate comes from.
