Because it is a korean open beta. You will always require a kssn to reigster for netamrble. It has nothing to do with DBO. Netmarble is a korean gaming portal that provides 30+ games with one account. You should really pay attention to the damn publisher of the game instead of ignoring their existence.

Nero cleared it up better. I've completely forgotten that Netmarble serves as a "mediator" for DBO. Yes, I had already known that there is no anonymity on the internet for Koreans.

You still need an account to play the Korean version once it's released.
