Goku can keep ssj3 on for a like 30 min idk. You can see my point -_- no ssj3 but if i see a Super Kaioken XD

If there was ssj3 more ep drainage and i mean really fast, and it will be overpowered so no there should not be a ssj 3 or 2

Or we can simply replace the Human race with the Saiyan Race or have the Saiyan Race as a hero race, much like the hero class of Death Knight in WoW, meaning you need to have at least one character with a lvl of 55, if were still keeping the cap of 70 and I was thinking of adding more character slots.

And how many people think dbz is created by akira? dbgt is fan made akira help in certain things but he did not make it! so the black star balls is a very bad idea although giru is in the game i think probally better off keeping it as dbz not gt

No collect Dragon balls for transformation. Preferably creat task series, for example: Kill 500 creatures,charging rp 10 hour in all.
Namek 2.transformation absorb present "kami". Majin 2. transformation absorb anyone. /passive increase stats/
Dende class i think no need Giant Namek form,like this ( http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Grand_Elder_Guru ) increase stat, or limited time unlock abilities.

what about humans ssj??

easily,ssj 2 more + ep,increase attack speed,hit rate,dodge, and more p/e attack

Guyz let there be 1st transformation as same in game right now ,but try 2nd transformation as kaioken x2 with limited of 10 or 15 min duration..
