if they did care the english patch would be included as a hack since it changes the programing that the company has made, while if it was a different kind of hack they would bann tht acount

Its so simple it should be obvisious: They use Social IDs which they don't own. Now if you play with that Account you are considered as third Person and if they find out about it you get banned, cause you aren't the Person which Data is listed in the Account.
