It's good for scramble and dojo war to move faster. Some use it against turtles and cranes when they slow you but I rather use dec to resist it

I got a doubt, why u dont consider the super sayan transformacion for atk speed build?

besides, how much atk speed you can reach?
Cuz im trying to make a build where i can get final flash, big bang and max atk speed I can get, so I will apriciate your opinion, thx =)

You can't use thunder in ssj , thunder is faster than ssj.

In my opinion, they are both gimped, simply due to the fact that you have 5/6 Mastery. Losing so much Dex and Str without that one point.

Jocer didn't mention this, but solar flare is a must max in pvp because of that vital 10 seconds after u use ur stuns, so u can forget about concentration with the extra 10 seconds, I would use 1x 20 con ring and 1 x 8 cd ring or stack more dex with prop. Oh don't worry about solar flare CD, I use crit build and I only use it if I fail my crits after stuns.
Also u can use it in speed pvp build because u can use 10 seconds of thunder without stopping, adding the 7 seconds from kidney shot u get a nice 17 seconds where u can pulverise ur enemy no matter who he is. Solar flare is important in pvp
Also I have another fighter for pve with solar flare max and I can solo ud3 simply because 10 secs is enough to cast any aoe skills
