you think the full version will have realtime weather? Not sure if the beta had day/night cycles already, or how long days last, but it would make the world better. :) I don't mind if there is no rain or falling snow, or dusty winds, that kind of stuff messes up the view anyway. :p

yeah sometimes i think weather is cool but most of the time it just gets in the way, and with some peoples computers it slows them down bigtime

There was no day and night in the beta because you could only play 3 days in a row at the same time. So it was always day during those times. I dont know if there were clouds or if there was rain. But if 2nd beta allows us to play all the time im 80% sure there will be different kinds of weather. But when it is day for us it will be night ingame.

The betas took place at 6pm-11pm, 4pm-11pm, and 4pm-11pm again. If anything it should of been night. The only time I saw the sky change was when the dragon was summoned. TBH I think weather, and stuff would be a waste to add.

I'd like to see some regions that are snowy, and deserts, and you have to wear special cloths to survive there. Goku had to wear a coat to don't get frozen in the Muscle Tower.

oh, well I think it would be nice for day/night times. :)

when the party was helped by the people in the sky, it seemed like it was getting dark.
Well then again, pretty much all of the events and fights in the series took place during the day, so I'm okay with that too. :)

I actually like the idea. It's not a big thing, but it adds to the game.
I think it would be easy enough to make an option to turn it off as well.

I am not sure about turning it on/off. If you've got something as significant as weather and day/night cycles, it seems really weird to make it optional. Maybe attach some significance to it. Maybe Nameks(being plant-based) are stronger when the sun is out, but also get a boost from rain. Majins are stronger at night, but dislike the rain, or something like that. Humans would be neutral to weather effects.

While that's an ok idea, that kind of mechanic would be a bit too complicated.

And I was mostly talking about the Weather effects. :P
There are a few games where the weather effects are optional. You can just turn them off in the options menu.
