First i would like to state that i know this has been posted already but as im observing the forums i see many people saying that after re-install game doesnt work again.So here is what you need to do if you decide to reinstall the game.
1)Go to My Computer C:/ProgramFiles and locate this: DBO_CT_TW
2)Delete this folder and then delete it from bin as well
3)Go to control panel and pick this:
4)Locate Dragon Ball Online in the list,right click it and then uninstall.
5)Then if you dont have the installer download it from here:
http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5845
6)Run the Setup file in the file you downloaded
7)Go to C:/ProgramFiles/DBO_CT_TW and run the Launcher as admin.
8)Let it patch(if it has patches)
9)Run the game
10)Exit the game and install english patch which you can find here:
http://dbocom.com/tools/english-patch/
11)Run the game through .exe on C:/ProgramFiles/DBO_CT_TW
12)Enjoy your game with english patch.
I hope this helps,i do this a lot lately because of the updates and it works like charm even though it takes some time.
*Important Note:Remember that in order to install you need your Region changed to Chinese Traditional(Taiwan)
