hey this is just a thought that popped in my head but wouldn't it be cool if once you completely level out a character then when you go to make a new one, you get the ability to create a hybrid character. Like a MA/Spiritualist or a Warrior/Dende like in City of Heroes.

uh i think thats a terrible idea.

Its not such a bad idea per se, but it won't work in this game...
It only works in an environment which is designed like that you can't just throw it in afterwards and hope for the best.

So you like your characters to be broken and overpowered? I suggest you learn the meaning of the word balance, and leave game development to people who understand this concept.

i suggest you learn the meaning of being an asshole, and then stop being one. the guy is just putting a topic out there for discussion, and then pompous assholes like you think you can just walk all over it, if you dont like the idea then say that, dont insult his intelligence.

anyways weird builds are still fun, i think the idea has potential but obviously it wouldnt be exactly like what you said. they would have to balance it out somehow, but definitely letting us mix builds would be fun. i would like to make a spiritualist with the self heal skill since my lp is kinda low.

I'm doing a similar thing with a character in Dragon Quest IX right now. Fear the power of Sword weilding mage!

But it's not a good idea in an MMO because it would upset the already unstable balance of the game.

And in universe, there's the apparent fact you really can't have a mix between a Warrior-type and Dragon Clan Namekian anyway.

well i think if you were able to wear other clothes like piccolos clothes as a human that would be cool or if you were wearing the spir clothes as a ma that would be cool so im all for a clothing hybrid lol but not mixing the skills
