The ignore feature also prevents you from viewing someone's posts and threads on the forum.
For the most part, we don't really moderate visitor messages, as users have the option to moderate that themselves. If you have someone constantly harassing your on their wall, you should ignore them (not necessarily with the ignore feature) and delete their posts. If they insist on continuing past that, then you can let a mod know and we'll do something about it.
