I was looking around the forum and I see it stated a few times back in 2011 the attack speed increase is the same on x1 as it is on any multiple of Kaioken so the drain would always be minimal for the benefit I am looking for. So Just wondering if I am only using it for Attack Speed should I bother taking it to max or is the taking to max just so I can have it on constantly?
Also I was unable to find any statisics on the drain compared to level 1, 2 and 3 if there is a post or some one happens to know would be a great help.
I dont know exact stats of LP/EP drain but for sure its worth maxing. On 3/3 it increases e.atk and m.atk for 30% so it helps a lot in tanking in speed party.
