Asking for the best build is like asking what is the best Ice cream, Everyone is going to give you a different answer, and while some builds/flavors are better then others. There is no Best, It is just a matter of preference.

But still he asked for a PvP build so I mean it's specific enough. It's only as specific as he wants his response to be.
Personally I think Chunky Monkey by Ben&Jerry's is the best flavor of ice cream while most of my friends prefer plain ol chocolate/vanilla.
Ice cream analogies aside. I prefer a pvp SK to have more emphasis on crowd control ability's such as stuns and fears. While I know others who prefer pure dps.
