Yeah I'm going to make a Plasma Majin in the future, but I'm not sure how to go about the build. Can anyone assist me? This is what I got so far.

PVE is a broad spectrum.

Electrical Discharge helps heaps in Tmq7 because of confuse and stuns and what not, also heaps in Budo if you ever want to go.

Merry making skill prevent target from charging RP does that mean it can prevent SM from using that skill that gives it 2 RP balls?

No, because the SM doesn't "charge" when using Energy Restoration.
